Beautiful hotel, close to Gallerie Vittorio Emmanuele. Junior suite for 3 people, spacious with 3 windows overlooking a nice street. Large elegant bathroom. Concierge booked popular restaurant with short notice. Great breakfast in lovely courtyard.

Had a great business trip to Milan. The hotel's location was ideal, close to major attractions and business centers. The service was fantastic, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast spread was varied and plentiful. The room was well-appointed and comfortable.
A few minor issues encountered. The room decor could use some updating, as there were a few signs of wear and tear.

This luxurious hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of exclusive amenities and outstanding service. the spa and wellness centre was exceptional, offering a vast range of treatments such as full body massages and facial services that were incredibly relaxing. the restaurant had a wide selection of special diet menus, including fantastic snack bar services which were perfect for a quick and healthy snack. the location of the hotel was also convenient, with excellent access to the city's best shopping areas.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the spa and pool were a great way to relax. The concierge was excellent and were pretty good too make our stay enjoyable. The restaurants at the hotel were lovely and the food was delicious. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near luxury shopping and close to major attractions. The Seta restaurant offers an amazing dining experience. The rooms are spacious, well-decorated, and overlook a beautiful street. The bathroom is elegant and the service provided is exceptional. the breakfast options are great and the courtyard seating is lovely.
The alley entryway of the hotel can be noisy at times.

The hotel offered spacious and comfortable suites, perfect for a relaxing stay. The location was excellent, with key attractions and shopping areas within walking distance. The staff were really good too make our stay special, even celebrating my mom's birthday with a thoughtful gesture.
The check-in process was not as cute as expected, with a cold and business-like reception. The breakfast experience was also disappointing, with some items running out and not being replenished.
